About the Authors

The creation of the Lightning One story began as simple family traditions. A father and son invented new places they would meet each other in their dreams each night and built special morning routines together. When his dad asked, "Where are we going to meet in your dreams tonight?" Brighten would describe amazing worlds and battles that would eventually become the Lightning One universe. From those nightly conversations and morning family rituals, the Lightning One story was born. This story is a testament to the power of a father and son building daily habits and inventing new and exciting dream worlds together. It is a true collaboration between father and son, built one dream at a time.
